New Items 2010

What is to expect in 2010? - we don’t know. But we can tell you, what to expect from Vollmer and what's new at Vollmer:

We are proud to present the McDonald’s Restaurant with McDrive in H0. This model was developed and approved together with McDonald’s Germany. The original restaurant is located at Stuttgart Airport.

World novelty - Vollmer kits completely made out of organic material. Our resources on earth are limited and therefore we are supporting this alternative method to produce with organic materials. This step is absolutely new within the Company's History and very challenging from a production point of view, but for maintaining a sound environment we were eager to get off with this experiment.

This year, we strongly emphasize on our N-track new items. Get inspired by our Christmas Village, with all the houses, booths and the Silent-Night-Memorial-Chapel, which is very attractive in N-Scale. Apart from the Christmas Village, the kiosks, the diner and the party tents are decorative accessories to be placed anywhere on your layout.

Vollmer Cars

These little cars are establishing themselves quite well within our program. The models are mostly to find in the premium segment of the European Car Brands, manufactured of high quality die cast, scale 1:87 HO.

New this year: 5 electronic models (4 police cars and one fire brigade Cayenne) with functioning LED-Lighting bar.

Your little darlings are looking for a safe home?

You will find it here! Vollmer display cases are even better now. With technical advanced production the surface of our show cases has been tremendously improved.

Art.No 1080 is 100 cm wide and
Art.No 1085 is 60 cm wide, so it's square shape.

Frames and shelves are made of solid, bright beech wood. We have put great impact on the manufacturing of the wood. The veneer back walls are varnished and the thickness of the glass doors has been increased to a solid 4 mm. The sliding glass doors have grip recesses. We can offer now the perfect show case for collectors of model trains and / or car models to store their valuable goodies.
